The unique character of “Villa Fiore” is due to its reference to the tradition of modernism of the 1920s and 1930s. A special point of reference here is the work of the outstanding architectural team BAUHAUS.
Shape of the building
The building will be made of light color architectural concrete. The structure will be uniform, subdued and warm. The staircase is also worth attention. Glazed and lined with Spanish marble – bianco macael, it emphasizes the elegant character of the building.
Apartment heights
There will be only 8 apartments in the building. Each of them will be at least 3 meters high. Unit No. 8 on the top floor will be 360 cm high. Our apartments offer not only impressive space, but also a feeling of openness, which makes the interiors even more spacious.
